About Us
Ms. Koshkin graduated from University of Florida and McGeorge School of Law. She is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts.
Since 1990, Ms. Koshkin’s work has been concentrated in the areas of estate and tax planning, trusts, wills and after-death administration of estates. She and her dedicated and knowledgeable staff provide personalized service.
Ms. Koshkin served as an officer of Humboldt County Bar Association for 6 years, and as President in 1996 and 2010 – the only person in Humboldt County Bar history to be elected to two terms of office.
Ms. Koshkin’s work in the State Bar of California includes having served as the Delegate representing Humboldt County at the State Bar of California Conference of Delegates for 7 years.
She is a founding member of the Council on Estate Planning and Elder Care Services and the Northcoast Legacy Leadership Council.
Ms. Koshkin served on the Arcata Planning Commission during the General Plan Update, a critical time for the city. Over the years she has served as a board member and advisor on numerous non-profit agencies.
